Our Condition Grading: A+ & B
Every piece at Chromes Vault is pre-loved but feels like new. Before anything is listed, our team inspects it, authenticates it, and grades its condition — so you always know exactly what you're getting.
Grade A+ — Like New
- Looks and feels like new. No visible wear, no flaws.
- Fabric, print, embroidery and hardware all in pristine shape.
- Silver jewelry polished, hallmarks crisp, weight exactly as it should be.
- Basically: you can't tell it isn't fresh from the boutique.
Grade B — Excellent
- Excellent overall condition with minor signs of wear you can barely notice.
- Think: faint creasing, ultra-light fading, or tiny marks only visible on close inspection.
- Never structural damage, never stains, never broken hardware — anything like that doesn't get listed at all.
- Same authentication, same inspection — just priced friendlier.
What never makes the cut
If a piece has real damage — tears, heavy stains, broken zips, bent silver, missing stones — we don't sell it. Period. Only A+ and B grade pieces reach the store.
How grading works
- Authenticate — hallmarks, weight, stitching, materials checked.
- Inspect — every inch examined under proper light.
- Grade — A+ or B, honestly assigned.
- Photograph — what you see is what ships.
