At Chromes Vault, we want you to shop with confidence. Every item we sell is pre-loved, authenticated, and condition-graded (A+ or B) before listing.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in the same condition as delivered.
Eligibility
- Item arrives damaged during shipping
- Item is significantly different from its product description
- Wrong item was sent
- Change of mind (item must be unused and in original condition)
How to Start a Return
Email us at ecomwizards786@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 48 business hours. Once approved, please ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or misdescribed item) — in those cases we cover it.
Refunds*l
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
